If the tempos of Pro Tools and Reason are not linked, make sure you have turned Tempo Link On in reFuse.

If your session has a single tempo throughout, you can also turn off tempo linking in reFuse, and set the tempos to match by hand. Remember that the tempo box in Reason is disabled when Reason is running as a ReWire client/slave. Instead, you use the tempo box in reFuse to match the tempo set in Pro Tools.
