In order to run more than 2 channels of audio from Reason, you need to flip the rack around in Reason (press Tab) and route the appropriate cables to the Hardware Interface rack unit. See the Reason Operation Manual, "Reason Hardware Interface" section, for more details.

Once you set up the necessary tracks in Pro Tools, you can then route the additional channels in the reFuse Routing Window.
