- Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. If you are a registered user, you can download invoices from your user account’s Order History page.
This page is available from the website menu, under “Your Account” -> “Order History”. (Note that you must log in first for this part of the menu to be visible.)
If you purchased a license, but assigned that license to someone else, you do not have a user account with us. In that case, if you require an invoice, please contact us directly by email.
