If your Reason channels are playing back at the wrong pitch, this probably indicates mismatched sample rates between Pro Tools and Reason. You must use the "Force Sample Rate Change" command, added in reFuse v1.1, to ensure that Reason has switched to the same sample rate as Pro Tools.
