reFuse Software customers have been experiencing some severe email delivery delays over the past few days. In some cases, email is taking over 24 hours to be delivered.
According to our hosting company, their email servers are being hit with extremely high loads, and in some cases even crashing. That’s an explanation, but it’s hardly an excuse, and the situation is as aggravating to us as it must be to you. If they do not get this issue resolved quickly, we will be looking for a new hosting company.

UPDATE: After contacting our hosting company over the weekend, they found the source of the problem, which was with one of their outgoing mail servers. Email delivery should now be back to normal.
