When you place an order with us, your Paypal payment is processed immediately by our system. In most cases, you will receive your download link and registration information in less than 30 seconds. Please note that the reFuse Software website is the exclusive point of sale for our products.
If your funding source for Paypal is a checking account, the payment type is called an "eCheck" (Paypal's term). An eCheck usually takes three to four business days to clear, at the end of which you will receive your download and registration info.
Before You Order
Please verify that the email in your Paypal profile is up to date - that's the address where your order will be sent!
Also, if you are using a junk mail filter with a "safe list", you'll want to add the following address: sales at refusesoftware dot com (please convert the "at" to @ and the "dot" to a period - if we print the address in plaintext here, we'll get swamped with spam at that address!)
